Content Creator – Episodic Production (Work for Hire)

Position: Content Creator (Freelance/Work for Hire)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• We are seeking skilled content creators to help develop, shoot, and execute episodic content for GET SILI. This is a work-for-hire opportunity, meaning all content created will be owned by GET SILI.

  You will collaborate with a dynamic team to bring engaging, high-quality storytelling to life, ensuring each episode aligns with the brand’s vision and audience expectations.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Brainstorm, script, and structure episodic content in alignment with brand objectives.

  • Production Support: Assist in shooting, directing, and ensuring high-quality visual/audio execution.

  • Editing & Post-Production: Provide input on editing and final touches to maintain consistency and storytelling impact.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with producers, directors, and talent to ensure smooth production workflows.

  • Social Media Adaptation: Optimize episodic content for multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

  Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation, filmmaking, or digital media production.

  • Strong understanding of episodic storytelling and audience engagement strategies.

  • Proficiency with camera equipment, lighting, and audio setups.

  • Basic editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar software).

  • Ability to work within deadlines and adapt to creative feedback.

  • Passion for entertainment and storytelling.
