Package Fulfillment Policy

• Each package includes a maximum threshold amount.

• If the maximum is not fulfilled in a given month, fulfillment will be carried over to the following month or

• A refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

• All administrative fees (including processing, taxes, etc.) are non-refundable and must be paid in full.

• We retain full ownership of all rights related to each episode, including but not limited to merchandise, branding, licensing, and distribution. We reserve the right to use, modify, and commercialize the episodic content at our sole discretion. The brand does not own or have rights to the episodic content. We also hold the right to continue the series or sell it to any company of our choice.

• Our performance-based model for all episodic packages, with KPIs measured through views, shares, likes, comments, and other key engagement metrics.

• All in‑store demos must be performed within the agreed‑upon month. If a demo cannot be completed during that period, you will receive demo credit. In the event an in‑store demo cannot be conducted as scheduled, we will conduct an alternate in‑store demo to ensure full program fulfillment.
